Every new photography studio receives a 14-day free trial upon phone OTP verification. You get full access to all features without entering credit card or bank details.
We do not charge your account automatically when the trial window concludes. If you choose not to upgrade, your studio transitions smoothly into a 7-day read-only grace period.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through Studio Settings or by emailing connect.vyavastha@gmail.com. There are no cancellation penalties or hidden lock-ins.
Upon cancellation, your studio retains full write access until the end of your active prepaid billing period (end of month for monthly plans, or end of year for annual plans). No further renewals will be billed.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once started, as full service access and booking quotas are provisioned immediately.
Annual plans qualify for a 7-day evaluation refund window. If you experience technical failure within 7 calendar days of initial billing, our billing support team evaluates full refunds minus gateway processing fees upon written request to connect.vyavastha@gmail.com.
Every active paid studio is entitled to pause subscription billing for up to two (2) months per 12-month billing period during wedding off-season.
During Seasonal Pause, your client directory, shoot contracts, and past GST invoices remain 100% intact and accessible in read-only mode with zero subscription billing.
For payment discrepancies, duplicate transaction reviews, or billing questions, contact connect.vyavastha@gmail.com with your studio registered phone number and payment ID. We acknowledge and investigate all inquiries within 1 business day. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
