Terms of Service

Vyavastha provides an unified operational system specifically engineered for creative entrepreneurs, commercial photographers, wedding studios, videographers, drone operators, and album designers in India. The Service includes:

• Client quote, contract, and invoice management
• Wedding calendars and event booking workflows
• WhatsApp client notifications and status update workflows
• Receipt creation, manual payment tracking, and digital ledger entries

You acknowledge that Vyavastha functions exclusively as a management helper. We do not participate in, control, or take responsibility for the final service delivery, dispute resolutions, or creative contracts between you and your end clients.

Access to certain modules is subject to our active pricing tiers. By choosing a paid subscription or feature upgrade, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of upgrade.

You are solely responsible for ensuring correct Tax Identification (GSTIN/PAN) entries within our receipt generator module. While our billing system formats standard invoicing options, it is your responsibility to file corresponding returns with tax authorities in your respective Indian state.

In wedding photography, shoot dates and timelines are absolutely critical. We employ robust cloud database structures to maintain high calendar reliability. However, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted 100% service uptime during live shoot events or remote locations with poor cellular coverage.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Vyavastha be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from scheduling overlaps, missing client booking alerts, un-dispatched WhatsApp reminders, or failure of local database synchronization on low-tier smartphones. We strongly advise taking regular offline ledger backups.

To protect your business information (including rate cards, booking contracts, and UPI accounts), you must maintain password and token secrecy. Any actions taken from your authenticated account are deemed to be authorized by you.

If you violate these terms, attempt to bypass route-level rate limits, scrape platform directories, or engage in fraudulent receipt entries, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or completely revoke your account without liability or refund.
